What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting customers and managing front-of-house experience

• Handling phone and email enquiries

• Managing bookings and job schedules

• Liaising between customers and technicians

• Keeping customer records organised and up to date

• Supporting the team with admin and day-to-day operations

• Strong communication skills

• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Confident dealing with customers

• Experience in admin or reception preferred
